Move‑In Eligibility Requirements for

New Residents

• Proof of Identity — A valid government‑issued photo ID for all adult household members to confirm identity and ensure accurate records.

• Income Verification — Recent pay stubs, benefit letters, or other documentation showing household income meets minimum program guidelines.

• Background Screening — Completion of required background checks in accordance with organizational safety policies.

​

• Rental History Documentation — Prior landlord references or documentation of previous housing arrangements, when available.

​

• Household Composition Form — A completed form listing all individuals who will reside in the unit.

​

• Program Orientation Attendance — Participation in a brief orientation to review community expectations, resident rights, and available support services.

​

• Security Deposit or Assistance Documentation — Payment of the required deposit or submission of approved financial‑assistance paperwork.

​

• Signed Residency Agreement — Review and signature of the organization’s residency terms, community guidelines, and grievance procedures.

• Intake-Assessment  — Review and complete the form below to see if you're able to participate with in our program! Don't worry, the results aren't ever a ban on participation- we know that everyone's case is unique, and encourage those in need to apply!
