About Us
Our Vision

We believe that housing is more than shelter — it is the foundation for independence, dignity, and opportunity.
Our organization works to remove barriers to housing by acquiring and developing properties that are accessible, sustainable, and affordable. Through community partnerships and responsible stewardship, Pelican Valley Homes creates long-term housing solutions that allow residents to thrive and remain connected to their communities.
Mission

Empowering Our Veterans and Disabled Populus
Veterans and individuals with disabilities are among the most vulnerable populations facing housing instability in Missouri. Limited income, rising housing costs, and accessibility challenges often leave individuals with few safe options. Pelican Valley Homes exists to bridge that gap by creating housing that meets real needs — today and for the future.
Empowering Communities
Pelican Valley Homes is a Missouri-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to address the critical shortage of safe, affordable housing for low-income veterans and individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to provide stable, accessible housing solutions that promote independence, dignity, and long-term community integration for populations that are disproportionately impacted by housing insecurity.
